Warranty Policy

1. Coverage Overview

Intellistage Direct Canada ("Intellistage Canada", "we", "us") warrants that all staging systems, platforms, risers, and accessories sold through our website or authorized representatives are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for the periods specified below.

2. Warranty Periods

3. What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Structural defects in aluminum extrusions and welded joints
  • Failure of locking and clip mechanisms under normal use
  • Premature corrosion of anodized surfaces under indoor conditions
  • Delamination or separation of deck surface materials
  • Manufacturing defects in hardware and fasteners

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches to deck surfaces
  • Damage from corrosive chemicals, saltwater, or extreme weather beyond product ratings
  • Overloading beyond the rated load capacity specified for each system
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect structural performance
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, contact us at support@intellistagecanada.ca with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the defect or failure
  • Photographs clearly showing the issue
  • The date the defect was first observed

We will review your claim within 5 business days and advise on next steps — repair, replacement of defective components, or full product replacement at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from product failure, including event cancellations, rental income loss, or personal injury claims.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
