2. Products and Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred. Once an order is confirmed, we will send a confirmation by email.

Product images, dimensions, and descriptions are provided for reference only. Minor variations may exist between the displayed product and the product delivered. Contact us before placing an order if you require precise specifications for a critical application.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Intellistage Canada reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders unless there was a material error in the original quote.

Payment is due as specified in your invoice or quote. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the unpaid balance.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Intellistage Canada is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Inspect all shipments upon arrival and report visible damage to the carrier before signing the delivery receipt. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unused condition and original packaging. Custom-fabricated or made-to-order products are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@intellistagecanada.ca before shipping the product back.

6. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• —Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• —Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Site without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Intellistage Direct Canada or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellistage Direct Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, including but not limited to lost revenue, event losses, or personal injury not directly caused by a structural defect in a warranted product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Quebec.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or placement of orders after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
